The World Says Hello - A book for everyone, about calming the mind, and being present. provides insight into how being present in your life, can empower you. With colorful, relatable, illustrated cues, this book was written to simplify the concept of becoming aware of our own thoughts, and using breathing and meditation to calm ourselves.


By first recognizing how we are connected to the World (You are a part of the World’s Energy), and subsequently learning how to stop useless thinking (The Rambling Mind), readers discover through breathing, meditating and observing their surroundings (Letting the World Say Hello) they can recognize, and redirect negative thought patterns.
